The fast paced nature of the fashion industry can sometimes lead to pressure, requiring quick turnarounds on designs. Also all Saturday is working day.

from the first day to last day of employment, regrated joining the place. the company is very suspicious. the people in Chennai are the puppets dancing to the tunes of people in Dubai. we are not allowed to give ideas or never considered. the boss is the worst, i am sure employees there are not to be blamed, its all the boss who decides what has to happen or said. she was not open for any ideas or suggestions , given by me for the betterment of the company. my colleges i have heard them bragging about this behavior from first day. they are just sticking for the money. the designers are not designers here they are techpack developers. if you check there website, zalata.com you would see the garment designs are not designer. its outdated styles. horrible work culture, boss treats people horribly....Read More

Company provides accommodation and food allowance along with salary. Work load is decent, exposure to the Industry is average. Colleagues are very positive and supportive.

Dislikes

Leaves provided are very less, 9 working hours along with 6 working days. No hierarchy in management.

They will fake their goody goodness in the starting!

Well, a lot of things. But the one thing that came on top was verbal & mental harassment (battameezi!!!!!!) The other things professionally are: 1. They don't respond to emails and when they do they write false information in that. 2. They cut pay and leaves even if they mentioned in the email that they will not ( 1. point related).3. They give half day to some employees and to some not. 4. They don't give proper holidays according to either India or Dubai. 3. They treat you as servant! Not LIKE! AS SERVANT! 5. They will change their sentences more than a chameleon changes it's colors. 6. The contract is a scam & a joke. 7.
