It's a robot company, not for humans. They pay less for the work you do. Once you made a mistake, they will give that as a reason for every hike and promotion. Poor infrastructure, poor work life balance and poor management

Very pathetic work culture Long work hours...if you are travelling from some other place to office.. better to stay nearby. As the processes are newly shifted from China..no proper training and proper planning of training provided by company. Top management should focus on this..

1) Too much politics in manager 2) no hike and promotion 3) Managers will not follow the ethics, they shout on employees and no respect 4) No proper cab facility 5) difficult to live In organisation. 6) because of all these attrition rate very high.

...ulture and infrastructure are excellent. The team and colleagues are supportive. Salary and benefits are also good. It is a good place to work.

I completed one month and everything is good so far.

• Some of the senior team members are really supportive and knowledgeable • Good place to learn about insurance operations, communication skills, team handling skills....only if you are willing to put extra effort • Management recognise the good work done by the employee and exposes them to the next level

...mbers are burden to the team, can't even think logically for simple tasks • Management exposes you to the next level of responsibilities for the same pay • Some team members really lack professionalism • No job security
