- 10% of your salary constitutes variable pay, which will be granted in full if your annual appraisal rating is 4 or above. Micro management , contractual agreements for 5 years only , Favouritism are the issue. CEO himself violating many companies rule by hiring his known people by skipping interview process ,and the same is happening at lower level also. Organisation is asking to put resignation if employee's health is not good. You can survive only if you are in good book of persons who are closer to CEO or GVP and you are treating well with them , you skills don't work here.
