In renew good working environment . Company' policies are fare & good management. Salary is also good.

... as usual in all companies and the management doesn’t address our some issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Dislikes

Very top heavy, decision making is opaque and often becomes like working in a family business. Frequent chop and change in management (in the name of restructuring) and poor HR practises has led to the company become sluggish in the last few years.
