Work is very challenging. Working in CAE we have the ownership of projects which is not usual in other OEM. (except indian OEM). Learning is very good. Most counterparts treat us as equal if the work we do is good. There is no politics in between the employees.

Dislikes

... from home it has become worser. Pay scale is less compared to market standards. Company has no policy to retain the employees since they get new people to do the same job at lesser salary. Nissan timeline to complete an activity is very short which puts lot of pressure on the employees.

Excellent company to get your career started. High learning, no politics, young avg working age, opportunities are huge.

Compensation is way too low for the quality of work that you do. It's hightime to revisit and benchmark their salary.

Partiality in compensation, No work life balance, bad company culture in India alone, they fired experienced persons - no job security due to illogical KPIs work satisfaction is not there.

Job security. Learning and development opportunities are good. Good pay for performance culture, however has old school way of processing promotions.

Workload is high in certain businesses. Systems operate in silos increasing complexity at work.
