...uota. Saturday working is very common without any compensation or consideration. The pay is very less, you have to earn leaves. No other benefits are there like bonus or something. The list is endless.

1- Worst and toxic management (There should be -ve rating ) 2-Full dectatorship is going on 3- Salary structure is worst 4- -ve work life balance 5- No support from management 6- No proper training for outsiders who never did job in same process. Either hire from same department or else don’t ruin anyone’s career by hiring from different department and torture him/her Many more negative points are there
