Reliance company is very nice but the salary is very less. An employee who has been working for less than 10 years gets less than a new employee. It is not right that the company should give a chance to the staff who has been working for less than 10 years. but did not do it

...rked in the PBG vertical , the management lacks the vision of growth, hiring no. Of employees in masses and letting them go, no salary growth and deductions in PLI is really pathetic. The company is good only for freshers or the one who are into there retirements or 20 have plus years of experience working at Reliance, for the middle level management will not suggest to join.
