management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

Nothing. Infrastructure is ok.

...uota. Saturday working is very common without any compensation or consideration. The pay is very less, you have to earn leaves. No other benefits are there like bonus or something. The list is endless.

Proper Work Life Balance ,along with Salary benefits and most importantly Upgrading Employees Skils by trained them with appropriate Certification Courses and trainings

PF Policies are too Complicated. Existing Employees can't avail PF because of too much complications and Documentations which are even EPFO is not asking.

Salary on time Lots of internal opportunities to switch 5 WFH strictly at the discretion of your manager

No growth Very low increment Very bad work culture Very strict work timings, half day pay loss for even 1 min work hour shortfall 0 extra benefits 0 team alignment

No information regarding you health system PF + Experience Details No appraisal+ if increase your salary my be 5% hike after 1-2 years work may be not sure Every time staff changed .
