Nothing, company middle management is poor and have no knowledge about retail, they just time pass and taking salary. They make operation weak just due to dominance of other departments over operation.

Being a corporate industry sales pressure and work pressure is quite common in everywhere. But especially in Reliance trends TST managers from the format level are treats you like a puppet. Simply said that they believe in Sarcastic Criticism, Using Abusive words in meetings if you not achieved the targets. At last just think twice before joining in Reliance trends TST’s,Don’t rush for the opportunity. If you are a self respectful person then that is not the right place to work.
