The way upper management is treating was terrible and communication barriers were always been the case. Job security is 0 because of the politics is at the another level. Loss and prevention team is so pathetic and themselves are making losses

This organisation is very excellent and best' brands in India with very very faster growth company, really proud of this organisation. I m very happy that I gave few years of My career to this company. Because I gave 5 years to this organisation and got 5 store inauguration ( Sakchi jamshedpur, Bagusari, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Gopalgonj durgapur) in front of me and along with 4 years of hard work, I got opportunity to handle the Muzaffarpur Bihar store and also made the store in My working time very grow, I m very happy, and always will be. Reliance company is really wonderful organisation because We will working with company more than 5 years+ but this company handling seniors can't be better, because the senior manager does not like people who work hard, he likes people who flatter, due to which We had to leaft this organisation, for which we are very sad.

Worst culter I have ever seen in my life. There is no proper management for business. Company always struggle to compete in market. There is no work life balance. They are expecting us to work on our week off as well. Lots of politics and they are more interested in your personal life rather than your professional life. Totally it's runs by LP team and non of management will take care of team even head who come for visit will absue language with team he may CEO and sector head

Bad culture of using absuse laungage with team and they will here only LP words that the reason why sales are not happing in stores if u keep u team happy u r sales will improve pls take care of ur team check how many team left from ur organization ...pls take care of ur people
