Brand Name of Reliance. Office interiors are amazing. Fast growing company , good pay.

Team is good but not unity among the team members, company culture is such that every one just forwards the work to others & doesnt aim to close the same. No job security as your seniors treat you as you are a dumb person and act as if you do not do any value add to the company. Travel is hectic as you are made to travel between cuffe parade and ghansoli any time during the week, nothing as such is informed during your interview. Since 8 months i was not provided even one training. Office ambience is good, young crowd but people tend to talk bluntly with you. Flexible hours and lights off policy but still your boss makes you sit long hours and also expects you to work on weekends.

salary on time, and central HR team is very supportive, specially Mr Ravi Gangaramani.

Dislikes

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.

Unprofessional Not on their words False commitment Hr department hires without any background check fake salary slips And later torcher their employees after a longer period of time When they want u on board they will not get into deeper details of the employee Hierarchy is not followed While the time of growth quarterly and annually there is no respectable appraisals given Sales pressure at its peak No work life and personal life balance If the past there are terminated employees they are too hired back these is the worst part I have seen in any company
