There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not regign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The company processing is very good and staff facility is good.the company was created with the Sales plan in over all . they company working method is team work.the team work is develop new plans,creating ideas and improving the knowledge.so the team work is good.

...ime 8 hours.the week off plan not properly.staff development and promotions low. The work was high the salary is low .

They give huge workload on low package. You can't grow only with your knowledge, experience & skills. They only give priority those people who are always ready to "flattery" them. T
