Their salary is on time, this is such a good thing here.

No one cares about your efforts, Knowledge,value, they just say 9hours and make you work 12hours and No one talk about employee benefits, employee promotion,life security.Just do donkey labor and go home.If you are well educated graduate or 12th pass student don't come here for waste your life I already wasted my 2yrs of precious life here.

Being a stable company salary and benefits are on time plus there is a huge scope of learning.

The management sucks here. There are certain bosses here in the organization who mentally tortures employees and creates a situation where they will have to leave the organization. This person will attack personally comment on your family background and will make you feel that you are good for nothing. Today as an employee I am suffering so much that my mental health my confidence has gone for a toss and the best part is that the HR is a puppet here who claims to take care of their employees but they are hardly bothered about what's happening with their employees and the person who is doing this with his subordinates is still exists without being questioned whereas those subordinates are leaving the company unheard inspite of raising this issues in front of the HR. So friends big name and claims of best working culture is just a bluff be careful of these bluffs. Because of this person my experience regarding the work culture and work environment is worst in Reliance. I also know writing this review won't change anything as that person will still be there to torture and affect mental and physical health of his subordinates as his true colours and dual face will still be not get noticed by anyone and HR will keep on playing the deaf and dumb puppet role.

I used to get my salary on time and if I ever wanted to take leave, I used to get that too.

Jio Mart was closed from our place due to which we were fired from the job. And now he is sitting at home without a job

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.
