Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

HR is not that great. HR is not working for employee based.Just following instructions. Mediclaim insurance money taking too high in CTC. Work from Home facilities not available HR has no proper evaluation for long run employee.depend what respected department evaluate.

Company is very good 5star. But the authorities or high level employers makes it 3 star. Company dont know how to hire deserving candidates. They hire most of studpid persons. Not all but 50% they hire at upper lever are stupids. They make company toxic.That’s it

Absolutely disastrous decisions taken by management They take non sense decision and make life of employees hell and then blame it on employees Shuts the business and make employees resign forcefully. RandomDecision taken by management without taking feedback from ground level or mid Level employee No long term plan.. They keep on changing plan every week You can never trust

Everything is organize just need to stick with the process , Team structure and work metrics are very much clear just have to follow the SOP also if someone have worked in Store operations can easily adapt here in any of the department.

Promotion is not something anyone get easily , Also the same routine consistent work you can’t explore other functions or improve skills until the requirements come from company not by yourself.

Ever since I joined ,things are going very well and company is very good ,their rules and regulations are very good.

In the large format Reliance has a few problems with the timing and the staff and despite the company has done a very good job improve it because it is not company's fault , it is the fault of local store but the company take very good step this.

So many.. but few below Downlevel management decisions are pathetic, Owner level management should know what is happening ground level..and reality, Major minus SLP.. they are working personal revanges on staff and not focused to control the shrinkage bcaz they are not accountable for shrinkage.. Give them ownership on shrinkage accountability then only they will work.. Third party security agency is better than them.. Without Managers/staff intrest or opinions other state transfers are initiated by RM level management with their own decisions forcefully without any second option.. which is they will struggle as family and kids studies are settled in current working location since many years.....Read More
