There is so much workload I feel when I was working at Reliance. Salary pay is very low compare to other retail industries.

1.Long Training months/Year without mapping at your store/WH. 2.No incentive start because your store/WH not mapped. 3.PH(Public Holidays)work but not adjust like other day Leave.

...less Or other Subsdries companies of Reliance like Reliance consumer care Ltd. Firstly they have hire in good package and within one year they will fire or you will put down the papers due to huge sales pressure. 1) Pathetic work culture 2) Too much work pressure 3) unrealistic targets 4) Non stop team meeting on MS TEAM. 5) there is no system & compliance in Jiomart & many more dislikes...!!!

Good caring culture and team work from top management to ground employees...company have very srtick guidelines and supporting with all required safety equipment along with medicinal support to staff working at front..really happy to work here and proud to be a part of this organisation.👍

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.
