However in ajio team the manager keeps threatening to remove people but the core system of reliance is strong enough to keep you protected. For employees growing within the organisation pay is very low and a huge disparity of salary between employees sourced externally and employees growing within the organisation. Company Culture are Totally Based on Your Setups with Area Manager. If you Handling Big Store, Profitable Store but Area Manager and Team not appropriate you. Full and Final Process are Not Following by HR Team they put on your R1 Approval. I have given Proper Handover but Full and Final Not comes as 3 Monts Salary on Hold and when you call to Area Manager for Full and Final Settlement they will not Receiving Calls and Reply Your Msg. I Suggest HR Team Should take Responsibility to Clear Full and Final for Out going Managers. If Staff had Completed Notice Period.
