They ask to move to other location (other states) but do not provide compensation require to make living

The SLP rule was a time-consuming one in Reliance. No work was done without it, but it caused a huge loss to us and the company.

DM's salary is increased every year However, the staff does not get a salary increase even after working for 2 to 3 years, so the staff is unhappy. Store Manager and Department Manager are paid daily and monthly salary is just that, no other money is taken

Bakeas company for employees. No growth no any benefits no hygiene at work place. Only work work work. Increasing targets only no employee engement nothing for employees welfare and wellness

salary on time, and central HR team is very supportive, specially Mr Ravi Gangaramani.

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees
