Salary package is not according to the work, promotion is just in name but company talks about growth of employees but is financially weak for the employees, company managers do not treat staff well

Don't have any Incentives and salary very less as well compared to other employment, they provide good salary for the people don't know what work is. An poor salary for the people who are excellent in work

3rd class operation running by express HR team, harrasment of 3rd party Employees for their Quantity,rude behaviour, issues them warning letters for small issue, drinking water facilities canteen facility not available 3rd class organization

Work timing is nearly 12 hours not humanly possible. Salary is very less compared to similar work in other fields of functions. Salary is not based commensurate with qualifications and experience. Even holidays are working with no extra pay. Very bad to work with.
