Nothing to like ..HR given fake commitments of quarterly Incentive at the time of offer letter but still not get any single quarter incentive. HR policy not good, zero support from HR he not employee oriented. There is no SOP , no process management asking only numbers.. every day getting sudden surprises .. shutdown running business at any time lot of sales pressure which people transfer to metro cash and carry management and HR saying that put your registration and go back to home if you not achieving target.

3rd class operation running by express HR team, harrasment of 3rd party Employees for their Quantity,rude behaviour, issues them warning letters for small issue, drinking water facilities canteen facility not available 3rd class organization

I got to learn a lot by reducing a brightness here the Place is very nice very good experience. Talking to all with respect

By the way everything is fine just one thing will not be right Salary will not increase just get the right Salary then will be fine

It's my first time working in supply chain management as I joined as a fresher working with reliance is great experience for me their working culture is also good and team members are very supportive.

...frustrated and There is a lot of politics and management team is not supporting. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I like to work here just because there is we feel secure relatinh our job and its i many more things is we can teach and get a better experience
