Only thing I like is the salary part....it's credited exactly on 5th of every month.

-0 work-life balance -dont think it's a reliance subsidiary so job is secured... recently company forced more than 45 sales officer to resign because company denied to pay salary.Also told that otherwise company will terminate employees. - Daily meeting which are completely unnecessary and no timing sense they arrange meetings whenever they want even at night 9-10:30 pm - Don't expect promotion here -The worst thing is the HR they won't respond to your call or text unless you are a manager - unnecessary deduction from salary like 2200 insurance per month...like seriously ? If any problem occurs then everyone will give advice but no one will help you.

Salary was available on time in this company. But the environment is not good, seniors make them slave and those who do not listen to them, they are removed from the company.

...rk here, but HR support was not available here and politics was also seen a lot. Yes salary used to come on time.

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

HR policies and their direct conversation to their colleagues is not good,they no response to their subordinate

The first company in my 12 years of experience.. Red Tapism Everywhere , Even don't co-operate in real Emergency Situations like medical issues in family..

Not professionalism here lot of politics, and facts hiding on the time of joining, regarding salary etc...
