  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No fixed work time. Even there is 5 days working in week. We have to do all 7 days working. Very bad management and work preaaure is too much. No work life balance. Do consider this before joining. Life becomes hell. Major junk of CTC goes in PLI which we will not get full.

During this covid-19 lockdown supported with working from home without any salary cut and company equipped me with facilities to complete daily official task. Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
