Benefits are very good and on time salary . Even entire carona they are giving the full salary on time.

Dislikes

Management like Cluster Managers was doesn't know anything but they are promoted . Even Regional Manager also doesn't know anything and he doesn't speak one line of English also. These people are working since 10 years in that organization. They are not respect the new joiners who are coming with good experience. Particularly Tirupati cluster Phani Basti he was worst guy like he needs lady staff for bed sharing everyday. He having 20 years of daughters ,but he needs same age staff for bed sharing.... I request please don't join in Andhra Pradesh

Reporting Managers are very cheap minded. they want only thos subbordinates who treat them as god. Puja karo uski BC. Company bht achha hai but yeh manager log pura company ka naam kharab kar diye hai BC.

They give huge workload on low package. You can't grow only with your knowledge, experience & skills. They only give priority those people who are always ready to "flattery" them. T

1) not job security 2) leave issues 3) not properly areegment in canteen for eating food. 4) work life is not good in reliance.

management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees
