New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

No salary hike No job security They Recently fired 8 inocent employees in tech Ac not working They don't have sufficient table fan Employees can not use any game before 5:30 pm Variables not provided at on time No hybrid mode and remote also if needed

Nothing much being a company this large it could have had many but not really. Flexible working hours is only one I could think of.

... by seniors Lot of North Indian and hence all the meetings take place in hindi. Very weak hike better to ask lot of salary before hand as they will provide but yearly 5-8% only. Don't expect any hike in salary with promotion and they don't promote most of the time but will hire a new person for the same role. Your knowledge will not improve much as they are in no much evolution with tech stacks.

...ompany. They are cheating with employee. I resigned there due to bad experience. They didn't give me any salary of any month, not a single rupee also. They should punish. HR PAYEL ROY AND HER ASSISTANT PARNOSHREE BANNERJEE, EVEN DIRECTOR ALL ARE SAME.

Reliance is the very best and safe for job i am very happy to work with Reliance smart i feels very proud to work in Reliance but i want to say salary package is very smaller i want say please increase the salary package of staffs . in Reliance all staff are very hardworking but please increase the salary .
