management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees

Proper Work Life Balance ,along with Salary benefits and most importantly Upgrading Employees Skils by trained them with appropriate Certification Courses and trainings

Dislikes

PF Policies are too Complicated. Existing Employees can't avail PF because of too much complications and Documentations which are even EPFO is not asking.

GoodLearing opportunities. Salary at par with the industry and timely pay-outs.

1. Poor leadership. 2. Top management does not get involved in critical operations planning and monitoring functions. Purchase team is procuring materials without the concurrence of the sales teams. There is no sales forecast based on the annual operating plan (AOP). As such, inbound is happening 2x of the sales resulting in stock dumping, stock damage, higher inventory holding cost and consequent loss of working capital. Logistics cost is very high due to frequent IBT (Inter branch stock transfers) and unplanned procurement. Also, space issue due to inventory dumping is increasing the processing time and loss of the committed TAT to the customers.

Good work experience. Always got support from colleagues and management. Company policies are good and effective.

Salary pay scale is less compare to other companies and growth also some what slow, but we have job security.
