My self joined a as sales associate and work with different my set of customers daily interacting new customers 5-7people was good as per timing there are two shifts morning shift 10-7pm and afternoon shift 1-10pm was good to balance personal life but one problem that for internal promotion salary was not good if a person joins as fresh for Dm r Tl postition salary was good. Upto manager off role job from manager level on roll job working at one place was good

Salary was not as much expected for internal promotion

good for staff orientation trainings, refresh trainings,and job security and also well desiplen in staff

Dislikes

Very bad for paying salary compensations with compare daily working hours, increments very less and late

There is verse options for gather knowledge.

Dislikes

They give huge workload on low package. You can't grow only with your knowledge, experience & skills. They only give priority those people who are always ready to "flattery" them. T

1) time to time salary 2) good relation with staff 3) skill development learning classes. 4) celebrate all fastival

1) not job security 2) leave issues 3) not properly areegment in canteen for eating food. 4) work life is not good in reliance.

management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees
