The way upper management is treating was terrible and communication barriers were always been the case. Job security is 0 because of the politics is at the another level. Loss and prevention team is so pathetic and themselves are making losses

Nothing to like ..HR given fake commitments of quarterly Incentive at the time of offer letter but still not get any single quarter incentive. HR policy not good, zero support from HR he not employee oriented. There is no SOP , no process management asking only numbers.. every day getting sudden surprises .. shutdown running business at any time lot of sales pressure which people transfer to metro cash and carry management and HR saying that put your registration and go back to home if you not achieving target.

Nothing, company middle management is poor and have no knowledge about retail, they just time pass and taking salary. They make operation weak just due to dominance of other departments over operation.

As already most of the people know that Insurance policy and salary benefits are best in reliance industries.

Store manger role is the most crucial role in reliance he has to responsible and accountable for each and everything happened at store. Being a corporate industry sales pressure and work pressure is quite common in everywhere. But especially in Reliance trends TST managers from the format level are treats you like a puppet. Simply said that they believe in Sarcastic Criticism, Using Abusive words in meetings if you not achieved the targets. At last just think twice before joining in Reliance trends TST’s,Don’t rush for the opportunity. If you are a self respectful person then that is not the right place to work.

Timely salary and medical benefits are excellent at Reliance.

Dislikes

All the departments except Operations does not have any understandings to store employees. They will force you like anything if they have any pending work with store team to complete their task. But if any one from store team even if a Store Manager also seek for any work with them they doesn’t bother to give you a reply, nor they will pick up your phone neither they will reply on mail. This boss like attitude should be changed.
