Company to bahut achhi hai company ka work culture and salary appraisal bahut kharab hai. Saalo tak aap kam karte raho but salary nahi badhti h.

Company me Managar ya upper level ke employee apne aap ko company ka ek employee nahi malik samajhte hai, mental pressure yeha bahut jyada hai. Aap kitna bhi achha kaam kar lo aapni kabiliyat ka koi inaam nahi milna naa koi appraisal hona. Inhe haar saal purane employee ko nikal kar naye bharne ka shauq hai, yeha wohi saalo saal tika rah sakta hai jo chamchagirii kar sake. Imandar ya swabhimani logo ke liye yeha kaam karna bahut mushkil hai.

You can't spent time with your family and the work load also heavy. As per Sop working day monday to Friday, but you must work on Saturday without Pay.

Long working hours, working on weekend without any pay.

I like work lif balance and company good, salary on time no extra burden

I don't like my boss bcs they don't understand my problem only they want work and if I complete my work they provide me another work which is not related to my job work

One thing everyone likes about reliance is job security, Yes it's the only reason.

Dislikes

Work Culture, Work life balance, Reliance will give you bigger CTC with less in hand salary & you'll rarely get a chance for personal growth, you'll rarely get a promotion or appreciation. They will make sure that you'll do 2 lac of job for 1 lac of pay.

Proper Work Life Balance ,along with Salary benefits and most importantly Upgrading Employees Skils by trained them with appropriate Certification Courses and trainings

Dislikes

PF Policies are too Complicated. Existing Employees can't avail PF because of too much complications and Documentations which are even EPFO is not asking.
