...t providing man powers. Canteen is not free, costly, not that much good quality. In hand salary is very low as per industry level, more cutting other than any pharma industries. This is reason why more people are leaving and recently buyouts policy also removed from HR policy. Company focused on investment on infrastructure.

...for monthly retreat Courses like how to eat?What to wear? How to impress people? Office politics If you are willing to wag your tail behind your manager you'll succeed Salary is really low 3 month compulsory notice period

... choice pay added in your CTC which actually does not give any benefit to you... That's why Take home salary is like a pea nut... Don't waste your time........ Look for good company instead... I want to alert each and everyone..Its a trap in the name of Reliance industries...You will realise too....That's why I have explored this true reality of Reliance life science Ltd. Thank you.

I work in the Reliance life sciences i feel the fantastic work culture, maximum growth, haigh sallary package in short peroid.there is lott of cultral activities functions,skil development session.overall experinenced is amazing.

There no requird to extra work.only 8 hrs work duty.
