The worst management I have ever experienced..No food facilities,No planning of work, unplanned schedule of work. behavior of managers is very rude.. unfriendly atmosphere.

...g in shifts there is no proper arrangement like canteen. No traveling allowance. Large salary cuttings. There is no respect for employees working in shifts.

...in. People resign after 2 to 3 months immediately whether experience or fresher. No public holidays, week off is given after 8 to 10 days of continous work days, salary package on paper is good but when it comes in hand it is about 60 to 65%. Safety is an issue as plasma plant is never shutdown for maintenance. So pharma a profit or life? Is a big question in reliance.
