Worst leadership, one can never expect 100℅ in hand salary, they are on a deduction spree upto ARDM & Branch Manager Level. Lowest commission to agents, renewal commission to agents gets a 75℅ deductions. End number of con calls Immature leaders don't have the skills to lead. So many clauses which is directly affecting attrition to the highest level

The work life balance here in reliance is excellent. No unnecessary pressure is put up on you. Proper training and induction is conducted when you join the company. The incentive structure is very nice compared toother organizations.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal criteria here. Only way to increase your salary is tthrough promotions and which sometime is difficult to achieve .

...s that he will not get 100% contest. 3-4 will be missed because of ifs and buts. Salary deduction and demotions for sales force. It demotivating for many managers as well as branch head. HR support is very very pathatic, high deduction in f&f if you serve less notice period. Company always wants that vintage employee should left the company because they are highly paid

I am working in Face to Face channel that concept is good & that channel work on women Empowerment when I hired that women & groom also that movement feel good when she earn self respect from society. Salary always give on time.

Dislikes

Salary package less Promotion option Nil On Festival like Diwali even not give single rupee gift even . PLI stop from last year No support on Stationery & Housekeeping materials.

Face to Face channel is ok, Salary deduction, cost cutting, termination criteria for employees is poor, veriable pay concept is bad

Same as above, Monopoly is in place in terms of job transfer commitments changes everytime.. Sinior level employee is under veriable pay, deduction from BASIC SALARY is mejor issue which is not in the industry
