My current CTC is so weak because my previous Salary scale is low.I am working since 2015 Oct. As per current time all expenses is high so due to low salary scale facing some financial issue.

There is an absolute imbalance of work versus salary due to poor Appraisal system. The cross reporting of operations and sales create a significant negative impact to Company reputation and overall operation.
