Employees are good and supportive, motivated manpower, work culture is excellent in MP to do work. Everyone is supportive below to upper management both.

Everything is good when I was in Guna But when I joined in Lucknow here I have faced castism and shouting on employees unsatisfied work culture . Upper management is terrible, work life balance is 0. No one is here to support, Work starts from 7 AM and end was not confirmed 8PM,9PM NOBODY knows when you have to go home. Upper management was using abusing language this is not acceptable from any one as a employee. Conference call no timing it starts from morning 7 AM and last call EOD 9 to 10 PM how can employee manage family time. No appreciation is here as a employee. Day starts from shouting by upper management and day ends on shouting. You can not spend time with your family here toxic culture. Fawning person is available here and he is doing good....Read More
