Working hours have been extended from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM without agreement. 4. My resignation has not been accepted despite multiple attempts. These practices are unprofessional and have severely impacted my financial stability and health issues with work-life balance. Immediate corrective action is needed to resolve these issues.
