Working hours have been extended from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM without agreement. 4. My resignation has not been accepted despite multiple attempts. These practices are unprofessional and have severely impacted my financial stability and health issues with work-life balance. Immediate corrective action is needed to resolve these issues.

Nothing as such ..poor management , None of them are knowledgeable, Tech team is worst, No Proper system , Salaries get delayed to 15th of the month ...Even HR's who are hiring support profile don't know the basic English .. Even Top Management is worst with 0 Knowledge .

Starting a carrier is good in reliable Space bcz you will get promoted by your skills n experience and if you have a designation already then you can be get paid a higher amount of salary
