...ts are in place. Management is empathetic and understands ground level problems. Compensation is better than most of the new age start ups. Work Life Balance was an issue earlier which has now been taken care by adding new folks to various teams.

This is niche product and people with can do attitude will only succeed here. Candidates who want a happy go lucky life style and extremely relaxed work life wont be able to make a mark.

...a start up, you get to learn a lot of things outside of your position's purview. The salary is good but not worth it because of all the cons.

Terrible work life balance and dishonest HR. Even though a 9 hour/day work schedule was discussed and mentioned in the joining letter, you are expected to work 12-15 hours a day. HR will straight up threaten to fire you if you don't. Passive aggressive team leads and a very toxic work culture. The CEO and CMO likes to give speeches a lot and they would halt all work and ask employees to congregate so they give a speech. And its the most trite corporate jargon and faux motivational speech imaginable. Absolutely no one that I know is happy working there.

Pay is better than competition.

1. Job security is fearsome. Please do not join this company if you choose to be safe. Everyone would bluntly complain on this regard. 2. Company culture : Favouritism, People close to CEO have grown immensely and have resulted detrimental for many employees. Impulsive decision making from upward classification which are experimental, ends up failing 90% of the time. Management has zero empathy for it’s employees and one is fired any-day with no prior notice and hint. Few who are close to CEO has the advantage of manipulating decisions based on their preferences, this have witnessed loosing some of the best talents and honest employees. Besides, CEO is so concerned with acquiring clients and bringing investment, he least care about it’s employees and failed to understand that people makes a company and are the most important asset. 3. There is no learning, infact you may be hired for a particular role initially based on your competency and might have to see yourself degrading, shifting to another role in couple of months, if you deny you are asked to leave. 4. Customer success team is the worst team for its leaders who blame their own subordinates and are playing their own survival. During my tenure of almost 2 years, I could only feel least respected while CX team in the company should have been the heart of the company considering its a client facing role but unfortunately the team is loaded with all work from all the teams, criticised, blamed, leaves no chance to point finger for their incapability and failures. The head of this department has absolutely no clue about the internal matters and inexperience about handling situations. She, fancy with her words, also claims herself head of multiple other teams lacks knowledge and accountable for sequence of failing decisions. 4. HR team is puppets to its management who does not have voice of their own. 5. The company requires you to work on all 7 days at times. No remote and 2 days wfh in a month which is again vague at times. This startup would never be profitable for the model they follow, having not more than 200 employees where management is only curious about its MRR and ARR, would sell the company soon. I have seen start up grow with disruptive models not this one with hell lotta NPA on their head with no direction to follow.

Bad founders incapable taken decisions and run the company in the proper direction. Unnecessary meetings and speech by CEO/CMO/Leaders without any meaning in it. Design is really bad degrading day by day due to bad and worst design head. Bad hires from previous worked companies without any interview or validation. Sudden layoffs without proper notice. Anti-loan company as advertised initally but lending loans now. Lot of good employees have resigned. Bad working environment and toxic culture.
