It’s a good company but management lacks Vision, they are not able to innovate in this competitive world

Work distribution is poor, seniors just chill and juniors work more, cafeteria is poor, work environment is poor

Interesting people across all the division. They know what they want and always ask for newer ideas which ultimately help us in bringing more to the table or work out of comfort zone. Amazing Company Culture in which every week we had reviews in which CEO also takes part in.

It sometimes takes a lot of time in approving the things and appraisals not happen yearly.

One of the best companies to work in today's time where the individual get's his credit for the work he/she does. The employer's are considerate with the employees and understand there concerns. What Team work actually means can be understood when you work with Rediff.com.
