The only good thing left about this company is the timely compensation.

Earlier Reckitt was a good company to work with but now with Mgt Trainee culture taking over the company the whole culture is gone earlier use to be people oriented company but now its jamai culture with Mgt Trainee. The pressure is huge and in this covid situation we had to work 9-11 during the whole lockdown period . Still we are under a lot of pressure.

Salary is good as compare to other industry players

Travel policy is not good and also company force to complete the 3months notice period even after your next company is ready to buy out. Management plays with the future of candidates.

Poor leadership/ 3 months notice period/ no proper response during the notice period management will try to exploit you and cheat on claims and other benefits. Think twice before joining this organisation Very poor planing and leadership is completely bossy mindset

Reckitt has a very good culture among other MNC and pays off for each work done by you good salary and great incentives you get paid for each and everything.

Day 1 -27 primary primary primary!! Day 28-31 secondary secondary secondary!! Period. All you’ll learn is undercutting, especially in east region. Poor leadership.
