Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, aporsises are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and carrier growth is slow.

Travel policy is not good and also company force to complete the 3months notice period even after your next company is ready to buy out. Management plays with the future of candidates.

Poor leadership/ 3 months notice period/ no proper response during the notice period management will try to exploit you and cheat on claims and other benefits. Think twice before joining this organisation Very poor planing and leadership is completely bossy mindset

Reckitt has a very good culture among other MNC and pays off for each work done by you good salary and great incentives you get paid for each and everything.

Day 1 -27 primary primary primary!! Day 28-31 secondary secondary secondary!! Period. All you’ll learn is undercutting, especially in east region. Poor leadership.
