Got the salary within the specific period, also received leave facilities. This organization's work culture is good, and the seniors are helpful. They assist us in critical cases and properly guide us on what to do.

The work time was so lengthy. There was no overtime pay facility, and I did not receive a bonus on the occasion.

Its been 7 months since I've been a part of realbooks family. It's a great experience to be a part of realbooks team, specially when you get seniors like devanshi mam, Sunil da , Aditya da , Suman da , kaushik da , and Niladri da. They were more than seniors. They are like elder sister and brothers. They were always there to help you no matter what happens. Once I had to travel to raipur with sunil da. While travelling I never felt like I'm travelling with my senior implementation manager . It felt like I'm travelling with my own elder brother🙂.

Dislikes

There was one thing which I hated the most that is working on every Saturday 😅. But now we get alternate Saturday's off 🥹. So now there's nothing to dislike 🙂.

Managers are not indluged in Micro Managment, Work is priority for everyone. In this growing enviornment, we get to learn new things on day to day basis. If work is completed, you can enhance your knowledge from different departments.

Dislikes

Company must allow sabbatical for their emplyees who have recently graduated from colleges so that they can contribute more. Work can be done from home so a standard 12 days of Work From Home should be give to Employees.
