Managers are not indluged in Micro Managment, Work is priority for everyone. In this growing enviornment, we get to learn new things on day to day basis. If work is completed, you can enhance your knowledge from different departments.

Dislikes

Company must allow sabbatical for their emplyees who have recently graduated from colleges so that they can contribute more. Work can be done from home so a standard 12 days of Work From Home should be give to Employees.

I have been here for two years, it is my first company and my experience is great. Seniors are very helpful and good. We start our day with a meditation session and it is very helpful make me very positive for the entire day.
