There is not much to be liked here except some bit of job security and fuse ball table provided.

...ro transparency on promotions and awards. Make fool of you with the CTC details. Be very mindful of your in-hand salary. On top of everything, no cabs instead they even charge significant amount as part of parking charges. Don't get fooled by retention amount. Capping on leaves, you can't club your casual leave or sick leave. Too much micro management. Zero appreciation of your Ideas for improvement. HR feedbacks doesn't help.

Job security is there but they can move you anywhere which is not related to your experience and background which is a concerning thing. Management is good but if your luck is good. Night allowance provided for people working in night shift. Upper management is humble.

...parking is chargeble with no propper reimbursement if you commuting through car. Quarterly performance incentive but will get receive on the salary of 2nd quarter 1st month. Initial discussion of the ctc and takehome salary vs actual takehome has huge difference. Bike,car parking at your own risk outside road. (Chances of car get toe) Lot of improvement is required in setting up processes,sop's,allignments and structures for smooth working. Other departments do not support in your operational work. Annual leaves encashment only if you stay with the company for atleast 2 years. Monthly Capping on casual leaves,wellness leaves and annual leaves. Sat/sun might be possible working if required. Shift get chances from night to day or day to night as per requirement. No allowance for cabs.

There are no likes in particular, the liking will be once you leave the company take this as a genuine review.

1) Toxic Work Culture 2) No flexibility, strict timings (Mandatory 9hrs) 3) Variable will be deducted from your CTC and hence reducing your net credited salary Personally i would not even suggest and refer anyone here to join the company.

Appraisal percentages are good but not on in-hand salary it is done on a fixed salary If you work efficiently your job is seured

Dislikes

Work-Life balance is zero Leaves issues Benefits are not so good [3 lakhs of health insurance that's it] The company will not encourage you to skill upgrade; you are on your own. No training.
