1. Work Life Balance - You can leave after completing a mandatory 9 hour shift. No after work calls post your shift. 2. People - A few of them are really nice and helpful but there are also a few snakes who would use your weaknesses as a shield to protect themselves. 3. Culture - I saw a lot of diversity in terms of hiring, both oriental and cultural. There is no discrimination. They also are very big with celebrating festivals and events. 4. Mediclaim - Very vague but this is a good thing with good benefits.

...hreaten to terminate you despite you being unwell for their own selfish reasons. I was once told that they can hire 2 freshers in the salary they are offering me. You get only 1 sick leave every quarter and somehow you have to save it incase you fall sick (sarcasm) 6. Micromanagement - This shouldn't be a shocker as most corporations do this, but here they monitor your chats, the gossips you do in between breaks, they install a software in your laptops wherein they can track your hours. Sometimes if you're work is done before the shift ends, you have to give a justification. If you ever gossip about your TL, he/she will hold a personal grudge and make sure you're bombarded with irrelevant targets. 7. No Confidentiality - You can never trust people here. If you have a meeting in confidence with your HR about your manager, he/she will pressure the HR into telling him/her. Always have stuff in writing and not rely on verbal stuff. Thats all i can think of now. Honestly you will have to be thick skinned to work here as you'll be required to be vocal about things that bother you. If you're naive, they'll grill you left and right. The only good thing here is the training they provide for Google & Yahoo and that working with people in the States you'll brush up on your vocabulary and speaking skills. Rest there is absolutely nothing to be missed out on.

... WILL HAVE TO PAY UP THAT BOND MONEY OR YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR EXPERIENCE LETTER. BECAUSE, PEOPLE COULDNT PAY, THEIR HALF SALARY OF 25K will not be given to them that month. SO, THEY HAVE ALREADY RECOVERED HALF THEIR BOND MONEY. YOU GOT SCAMMED EITHER WAY, CAUSE YOU STILL DONT HAVE THE LETTER. YOUR MONTHS THERE ARE WASTED. People have been blatantly told by the HR people in the so-called EXIT MEETING that PAY UP THE BOND MONEY AND GET YOUR RELIEVING LETTER. This happens on a pretty good scale, so they have a smooth system in place where they smoothly let you go, even get your belongings to your meeting room, as they relieve you (so that you dont have to go back to your desk and face the employees in a humiliating way. Well, HOW CONSIDERATE. THINKING HOW OFTEN THIS HAPPENS, THEY ARE PROBABLY SAVIG THEIR OWN FACE, AND HIDING FROM THEIR EMPLOYESS HOW OFTEN THEY ARE DOING THIS. THE BOND AND THIS RELIEVING ARE LIKE OPEN SECRETS. TO AND FRO'S FROM HR TO CUBICLE, CUBICLE TO HR. Do I even get started on the Bad, rude management(although, there are SOME good people, but many of us wouldnt know if they're good, unless we make it past the Bond time.) This is already a never ending post. I made a massive mistake by ignoring a similar review someone had written where that person got 'fired' in the training period itself like many others, and because of the Bond, her salary was denied, she never got the Experience letter, bond money tried to be retrieved(similar to me). I ignored it then, in the name of, Oh! I'll learn digital marketing atleast. So, the bond should be fine. I have nothing to lose, etc. Etc. Well, a massive mistake. Not to forget the humiliation. Unless, you are thick-skinned like me, this entire experience can be very humiliating, given that this is a fairly useless company, and it is actually humiliating, if you work here for a long time. But, you will be made to feel like you are the worst performer, even when there are many others who are pretty competent, averagly smart people who have also been treated loke this. (given you are performing this garbage, complicated process that is not even digital marketing).

...is creates a problem whose name shall we suggest when we enter the organization. Then they say we have a bond for 2 years and we need to pay deposit of Rs 50,000/- for their laptops and we can take them when we leave organization, its an organization rule. If we don't agree on this HR says give blank cheque with no amount in the bank, company has no time to verify so you will get your job 100%. Whatever and however assignment you do, you will get hired its our promise, Please don't tell this to anyone. This is why most of the people have fear joining there.

...of doing business last month when they terminated me, citing performance issues. And without my knowledge, they deducted my previous month's salary and are now asking me to pay the remaining amount to get release letters. They took my hard-earned money, but I will make sure this never happens to some other poor guy. So, candidates, please don't apply to this organisation blindly. Even if you do, please get all the clauses rectified by a professional lawyer. If they don't allow that, please don't join. You can reach out to me if you have any doubts.
