Here one thing priya cement is good company last 20 years back at time welfare is well job security is nill because company HR given falls / lie opportunity not only job designations work responcebulities even salary also plays games Once joining in these company not stand on promising at the interview times conversation even main salary also Plays key rolls politics hods plays games employees life In these organisation 2 class 3 class 10th standard qualified persons sr mgr MBA not fit for just a must arrows work Above decisions taken like someny ex Very shortly management totally warastly failed Always taken wrong decisions due to taken under education fellows giving falls wrong politics information So taken wrong decision employees life journey end Just one example physicalhandicap persons security rolls plays blindly oppainted md HR taken 50000 rs for this help from ph candidate & increase dabble salary Reson he is intelegent information & helpful to company drama

...he GM will not even know your name. The area manager pretend to do all the work. Salary increase every two years only if it is also recommended by the manager

Traveling allowancess are not given properly.there is a lot of difference in salary for they said and they are given packege.. many years of work will not be confirmed.. they are can't given my 5 months travelling allowance after my resign and they stopped my LTA also management does not respond properly for employees.

NOT MAINTAINING DESIGNATION WISE SALRIES--- FOR EXAMPLE HIGH DESIGNATED PERSONNEL WITH LOW SALARIES AND LOW DESIGNATED PERSONNEL WITH HIGH SALARIES,MANAGEMENT SHOULD SEE THAT DIFFERENCE OF SAME GRADE(Example: Manager of One Dept. to Other Dept. or with in the same Dept) PERSONNELS SALARIES SHOULD BE MINIMIZED---PLZ NOTE THAT ONE OF THE HIGHLY DISCIPLINED INDIAN ARMY PERSONEEL RAISED AND ACHIEVED ONE RANK ONE PENSION---
