...you have to do is, complete the work on time and show some passion towards work. The management will recognize your effort and will give compensation accordingly for sure. I would be interested to join back again if my future asks me.

Compensation is decent. You will get your salary appraisal on time. There will be a party after every milestone completion based on the nature of the project that you are working with. The pressure is totally based on the project you are working on. If there's a tight deadline you have to meet, then you have to work accordingly.

Valuable projects Type of resources looking for a safe job and willing to do their duties if they get good atmosphere. Work tools are good(lap top and ither peripherals)

Lack of proper management. Less job security. More words but less actions. Less skilled or less experienced non technical staff including HR. Less consideration for existing employees. Policies may change any time and getting surprise.

Before joining Rcg global services please think twice, one day Hr will directly call you and force to put resignation which is so bad that they don't even let to think what is happening. Once their project is completed than they kick you out like garbage.

One of the best company I have worked with. All the credits goes to my Manager who was very cool if you provide the scheduled works done. No heavy work load and perfect for a balanced work job life
