This will be a long list of dislikes. One of the most toxic work culture i have ever seen. I joined as service delivery ambassador (cash). My main responsibility is doing financial transactions online, making FD, account closure, passbook printing, new passbook issue, updating registers and tallying the cash etc. Unfortunately I’m doing much more than this. The senior management is forcing me to do other tasks like uploading account opening forms on system, checking for discrepancy, uploading form A, form B, etc which is not a part of my profile. There are 2 types of positions here sda (cash) and sda (non-cash). The sda cash is supposed to do financial transactions only. And sda (non cash) is supposed to do 40% operations and 60% sales but here the non cash employees are made to do 100% sales. They are just like a salesman. There is lot of stress and pressure for employees working in this bank. The branch manager are forcing us to do lot of sales even for cashiers they are giving targets. Not a single day working in RBL bank is peaceful. If you don’t do sales in one branch they will transfer you to another branch and if you can’t achieve target in another branch too then they will terminate you by giving compliance issue as a reason. Retail banking in RBL bank is worst. My health has been severely depreciated within 2 months of joining. The bank is also heavily understaffed. There is soo much work to do that I don’t even time for lunch. The work is never ending. It keeps on coming. You don’t even have 10-15 minutes rest. I go for lunch at 3:30-4pm. Everyday I suffer from burnout and headache. Worst experience ever in my life. They are using 3rd class infrastructure. Internet speed is very slow. Desktops are not updated with latest hardware. Finacle lags everytime during transaction. CAMS and CRM are complicated to understand. No proper training is given to employees. They expect employees to work beyond their job responsibilities.

...ture, no personal life, no empathy for employees. They ask to work on weekend's. They don’t pay proper incentives.

The thing which everyone would need atleast from an employment is good work, decent salary with recognition and timely professional and personal growth. RBL internal audit team has complete bias ness favouring only 2-3 favourite employee in all terms. It is unpleasant experience being with RBL Bank and wasting time. It spoils rating of employees to favour other employees. I would recommend anyone to avoid joining internal audit team as it lacks the give employee with its basic rights and that is to proof your ability and succeed. The place with high partially.

Bad behaviour of Branch Managers to RMPA bank as 0 value in market no business from market you have to source your own friend and family members bank execrations high from ground level RMPA no internal support don’t join this bank only if you want 3 4 month survive then join this bank. No one survive more than 1 year all employees leave within 6 month

You'll get to learn a lot if you want. Since this is an Enterprise, there is always something new going on in one team or the other. I recommend you get the uniform and sit where you like if you know what I mean, knowledge is free..😉

The Pay is not satisfactory, you can give your heart out but that's not going to drive what you'll get. That's been my experience.
