...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus overy year.

Career Growth wise is good because 360 degree work I've do and salary and appraisal are also satisfied so overall it is good company.

I've been with Rays Power infra for 8 years, and it's been a truly rewarding experience. The company has a great work culture. The management team is very approachable and truly invests in the success of their employees. The work life balance here is fantastic and flexible and the option to work from remotely have made it easier for me to balance my personal and professional life. A biggest challenge i've faced at Rays power infra is the lack of clear career progression, despite having worked here for over 8 years, i haven't received much feedback or guidance on how to advance within the company and i find it difficult to see a clear path forward.
