there is not career in Rate Gate and Salary growth or appraisal is null. I work in Rate Gain from date 20.10.2012 with salary Rs. 7000 and I resin form my post on date 04.12.2014 due to not given permission of my leave on my first anniversary from manager Mr. Raies Khan while I have 6 leave in my account. In the last my salary was only Rs. 8500 after 2 year working

Its a global company and offer amazing work environment, compensation is also good for the new joiners.

Dislikes

Times are demanding and so is the job, overall happy with the same but would love to have more balanced approach towards everyone avoiding favouritism/timely appraisals for everyone(those who miss out the boat too) etc.

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary and career gowth is slow. Salary and growth is available if your a relative of your management.

...time without a single day delay and paying out incentives and bonuses in full. Also salary cuts are coming back to normal earlier than expected and furloughed employees are being called back earlier than expected. All in all RateGain has done its best for the employees and ensured smooth operations without any big hick-ups. Great management during crisis times.

Sometimes transparency is an issue, but you can always manage this if you have a great relationship with you superiors.

Dislikes

Compensation is not at par across different positions n experience level. Sometimes, need to stretch working hours if the project is business critical n can't be ignored.
