Times are demanding and so is the job, overall happy with the same but would love to have more balanced approach towards everyone avoiding favouritism/timely appraisals for everyone(those who miss out the boat too) etc.

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary and career gowth is slow. Salary and growth is available if your a relative of your management.

...time without a single day delay and paying out incentives and bonuses in full. Also salary cuts are coming back to normal earlier than expected and furloughed employees are being called back earlier than expected. All in all RateGain has done its best for the employees and ensured smooth operations without any big hick-ups. Great management during crisis times.

The "HIRE AND FIRE " culture. The company can ask you to resign at any time on the name of cost cutting. Company keeps hiring employees whole year for the post which it forced previous employee to resign. After asking employees to resign, the HR then ask employees not to discuss the same with other employees Only those who are good in flattery of seniors are not touched.
