Their so much difference how male staff treatment and female staff treatment so much difference. Even there App suck not updated properly not able take leave and if I we took only half amount only get paid . Are you serious it startup company that don't mean you work every day like other companies get 2 week off in week

Very bad culture and lacking professionalism. MD talks to employees like ride side chhapari. Management works as lala ki dukaan. They only prefer and promote a** licking people. Company has no policy for employee benefit, all policy formulated to exploit employee. Never join this company.
