1) Zero Work life Balance
When I mean Zero work life balance I literally mean it. In operations you will work for 365 days. Same with some of the other departments as well. You will have to answer calls and look into everything on your leave days as well. If you join B2B Operations you will work on Weekends as well as Saturday and Sundays are peak days.
2) Zero Ethics
Reason for mentioning Zero ethics is, Manager doesn't appreciate when team achieves a goal or landmark or does well but when small mistake happens manager will be ready take on employee. B2B team managers are always demotivates employees stating team is doing nothing and don't see anyone doing anything. Everyone is waste in the team. Not sure how is B2B team is having Growth even when everyone in team is not contributing anything (Either what manager is telling is wrong or B2B is not growing only)
3) Employee Exploitation:
Yes employees are exploited same as Delivery persons. Extract more from employees by giving very less hike or no Hike and show-off as if employee is not contributing at all. Talk to anyone who is currently working in Rapido and take a frank update from them you will be shocked to know that every department is running short of manpower and most of them are doing 2 to 3 persons Job. Still your manager says your doing nothing at the end of the day.
4) No New learnings:
You will keep doing same work until you leave the company. Worst part is even if you want to learn new skill by your own you will not get time to learn as your work starts in the morning and ends at 7 or 8 PM or even late and you will get to work on weekends as well so No time for preparation
5) KRA's Keep changing
Funny part is that your KRA's keep changing every quarter and finally manager says your not doing anything. I don't understand how can manager even say this when KRA keeps getting changed for employee how can he or she also reach the targets.
6) Helpless HR team:
If you complain to HR team on your issues or about your manager the answer you get is we will resolve the issue but your issue never gets resolved and on top of it your manager gets to know about the complaint that you have raised. Not sure what confidentiality HR team is maintaining.
My Final suggestion would be don't join Operations team Specially B2B team. If you still plan to join that's your call I cannot say anything more than this. About other verticals I may not be right person to give suggestion on joining take your own call or talk to once who are working in company currently or who left organization.

Some of the old employees in the senior positions think that they were granted their position, no one can remove them. You will fired from job any time without any reason. PIP is common here. HR busy in Fun Friday, Rangoli making, cake cutting, Birthday celebration etc. no one will listen your voice. Think 1000 time before join here. Totally wrost culture. before join this company you need degree in Chatukaarita.
